Add aged film effects

1 Effect controls

This handy control panel enables you to change the way a clip is displayed.

2 Project Bin

The Project Bin is where you keep the various video resources that comprise your project.

3 Lumetri Color

You can add a Faded Film look to your clips using a slider in this control panel, as well as adjust sharpness.

4 Timeline

The video timeline is where you add clips to your project.

The iPhone 11’s dual-camera system means its capable of taking stunning 4K video footage. The videos it produces are crisp and clear, yet it almost seems that the better digital cameras get the less atmosphere they seem to be able to capture in videos. It was the imperfections of old film techniques that gave them their characteristic appeal. Grainy-quality film and burns between cut scenes can transform a boring shot into something that looks truly special. And because that old fashioned movie-reel look is still very much in demand, we thought we’d show you an easy way to achieve it on your Mac using Premiere Pro.
