Tycoon games – or ‘business management simulations’ as they’re sometimes called – have always been popular. And the complexities that come with medical research and patient management make a doctor’s workplace an ideal setting for a new entry in the genre.

In fact, some of the team behind Two Point Hospital worked on the old Theme Hospital way back in 1997. Their aim with this new game was to give that original concept a modern makeover, including slick 3D graphics that feel heavily inspired by Aardman’s stop-motion style – but check that your Mac’s graphics processor meets the minimum requirements.
