We all know that the New Year can be a time of excitement and renewal. It can also feel overwhelming and stressful. When we make unattainable New Year’s resolutions, we are setting ourselves up for disappointment. Why not look at this New Year as a time to become the best YOU. Don’t worry about trying to be what you think everyone expects you to be or look the way the magazines tell you to look. Instead, focus on simple yet groundbreaking changes that when implemented over time, will give you energy, confidence and even a few extra bucks! Here are some of my favorite tips for a healthy, gluten-free new year.
