Fol Play Ipay keeps claiming with its industrial solutions for HRreCa businesses
Started as an incorporated company in 1998 Ipay now serves to the customers in three lines in domestic, industrial and HoReCa markets. Delivering its products to hotels, pastries, café, restaurants and catering business in special packages, the company is headquartered in Izmir. We talked to Demet Han Ozok, general manager of the company, about their offerings, export targets and production criteria.
Pasteurized liquid eggs, which are widely used in Europe, are demanded both by individual consumers and by hotels and other brands in catering and pastry industries as well. What are your references in domestic market?
We serve to both industrial and HoReCa channels. We may mention the names of Ulker, Solen, Unilever, Pinar, Tat, Biskot, Mc.Cormick and Ferrero as our references as industrial buyers. In the HoReCa channel we have Ozsut, Ozgorkey, Cake Studio, Divan Pastries, THY Doco, Bolulu Hasan Usta, and five star hotels such as Hilton, Marriot, Max Royal and Voyage hotels are our customers.
Your products are retailed only by Migros. Do you have plans about adding other retail chains on your buyer list?
