Jousting And Carriages Take Centre Stage

OVER 30,000 visitors flocked to last year’s Cotswold Show & Food Festival and this year’s packed programme of family fun and entertainment promises to exceed all expectations.

Taking place this year on July 1-2, the award-winning Cotswold Show & Food Festival is hosted by its founder, Earl Bathurst, in beautiful Cirencester Park. Now in its 29th year, it remains one of the Cotswold’s most popular rural events, with its winning mix of family entertainment, activity arenas, and 300 trade stands, food stalls and exhibitors, showcasing the best of the British countryside, its history, traditions and produce.

Horsemen of the Knight headline Bathurst Arena this year. A live action jousting show – fast, fun-filled and action-packed with stunts, trick riding of the highest standard, amazing horses and horsemanship, sword fights and fire. The Tournament features the Honourable Red Knight and the Dashing Blue Knight against the Dastardly Black Knight and his sidekick the Yellow Knight.
