I should start by saying I absolutely love Christmas and all the trimmings that go with it - contentment, friendship, indulgence, excesses, traditions and festivities…but most of all the food.
Nothing gives me greater pleasure at Christmas than turning up (just a little too loud) our Michael Bublé Christmas album and singing to our hearts’ content with fairy lights twinkling and every available kitchen surface and table top covered with plates and platters of food.
