HE HAS millions of fans, heaps of talent and no doubt a healthy bank balance. By all measures, AKA should be living a good life with all the pleasures his position can bring.
Yet there seems to be something amiss when it comes to the superstar rapper. These days he’s known more for his trash talk on social media than the music that catapulted him to stardom.
And with his latest rant, that included a homophobic slur, he may have gone too far, social commentators and even some close to him say.
AKA recently called out Cassper Nyovest online, the latest in their longstanding feud. The two rappers have been battling it out for four years now, beefing over everything from who has the most hits to who owns the best cars.
Things reached a boiling point recently when AKA invited Cassper to take their beef to the boxing ring. In a series of tweets, the Baddest rapper claimed they were offered a deal worth millions to face-off in the ring.
Posting a video of him punching boxing bags in a gym, AKA called Mufasa out for not accepting the offer.
“Sign the papers you short stubby piece of dog s**t,” he wrote.
When Cassper refused to engage, the hot-headed rapper really lashed out.
“Tell Cassper his father is a deadbeat dad for allowing him to drop out of high school. And his mother is just as bad for allowing it,” he tweeted.
“F**k his mother and his father . . . Cassper, stop being a moffie and sign the papers.”
AKA won’t be toning down, if his reaction to the outrage his tweets caused is anything to go by.
