The historic ruling came just two weeks after the battling couple filed papers to end their stormy marriage — on the orders of Queen Elizabeth!

Her Majesty wants all palace problems resolved to ensure a smooth transfer of power when she dies — and kicking Camilla out was at the top of her list, say insiders.

“The papers had barely landed on the judge’s desk when the court declared Charles and Camilla weren’t legally wed,” reveals a well placed palace source.
