Prince William's peace-loving wife, Kate, has mended a rift ripping the royals apart — and saved diva Duchess Meghan’s marriage!

In a stunning move, the future queen told her husband she’s put aside her deep differences with Prince Harry’s pregnant bride — and begged him to do the same, a high-level palace insider tells GLOBE in a world exclusive.

“She said Meghan deserves a second chance — and so does Harry,” the insider dishes.

According to other palace sources, Kate, 37, feels sorry for the “difficult” and “demanding” American-born actress, who’s reduced her to tears and broken the lifelong bond between Princess Diana’s sons.

“Make no mistake, Kate’s shocked at how Meghan’s thumbed her nose at protocol and challenged every royal rule in the book,” says the insider.

“It’s been one betrayal or manipulative move after another.

“But she hated to hear both the queen and Prince Charles were so outraged at Meghan’s behavior, they ordered Harry to dump her! Charles even disowned Harry in a fit of anger over his wife’s insane and crass antics.”
