Ashton Reliving Murder Murder Nightmare!

May Testify In Long-Awaited Trial Over Girlfriend’s Slaughter.

ASHTON KUTCHER has found himself caught up in the grisly murder trial of his ex-girlfriend — and The National ENQUIRER has learned that he may have come face-to-face with the suspected killer on the night she was butchered!

The “Two and a Half Men” star was due to go on a date with Ashley Ellerin on the night she was savagely killed in February 2001. But when he went to her apartment, she didn’t answer the door, so he left.

Ashton later told cops he thought he’d seen red wine on her floor — which had actually been her blood.

Now an elderly neighbor has come forward to claim the “That ’70s Show” hunk had a “chilling” altercation with a man — believed to be Ashley’s accused killer Michael Gargiulo — that night. According to the neighbor, she’d heard a commotion then saw a man outside and sent her husband to investigate.

“As Mr. Kutcher returned to his vehicle, the man was coming back,” she told The ENQUIRER.
