Drowned woman’s parents want the ex-couple on the stand
The shattered parents of a woman who drowned during Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux’s honeymoon from hell are determined to drag the now-divorced A-listers into court, according to insiders.
The nude body of Carmel Musgrove, 28, was found floating in the ocean off Bora Bora during the celeb-studded getaway, prompting Ronnie and Ann Musgrove to file a wrongful death suit against Carmel’s boss, Hollywood producer Joel Silver, and her lover, French chef Martin Herold.
According to documents filed with Los Angeles Superior Court, the lawsuit alleges Carmel — Silver’s assistant — drank and did drugs with Martin at his bungalow on Aug. 18, 2015.
