Eric McCormack leads a team of timetravellers on a mission to save humanity.
Eric McCormack has made quite the leap since playing one half of Will & Grace 10 years ago. After helming three series of crime drama Perception, the 53-year-old actor finds himself travelling through time and trying to save the world in the new sci-fi series Travelers, available now on Netflix.
The brainchild of Stargate creator Brad Wright, the drama follows the last surviving humans in a post apocalyptic world, hundreds of years in the future, who have discovered a way to send their consciousness back to the 21st century by taking over people’s minds and bodies just as they are about to die.
As they assume the lives of seemingly random people, the ‘travellers’ then try to navigate their everyday worlds and relationships while secretly working to save humanity from a terrible future.
