After three TV films and two seasons of TV drama, it’s the end of the road for troubled Australian private investigator Jack Irish this week when he returns to our screens for a third and final series.
We first met Jack (Guy Pearce) in the 2012 movie Bad Debts, which saw him give up his criminal law practice to become a private eye and debt collector after a disgruntled client showed up at his law office and shot dead his wife, Isabel.
