Sinead Keenan’s stressed physio makes a big gamble of her own in Deep Water
Up to her eyes in debt and with bailiffs knocking at her door, physiotherapist Roz Toovey was offered a way out of her financial crisis when wealthy client Scott offered her £5,000 to sleep with him, as ITV drama Deep Water started last week.
The Lakeland-set thriller follows friends Lisa (Anna Friel), Kate (Rosalind Eleazar) and Roz (Sinead Keenan), who are each doing what they can to keep their complicated lives afloat.
We soon learnt that, despite her profession, mum-of-one Roz was struggling to pay her rent and other debts run up by her gambling-addicted partner Winston (Charlie Carrick).
