When Louis Theroux was still in short trousers, US comedian Ruby Wax ruled the airwaves as the queen of the awkward celebrity interview. Whether rooting around the shoe closets of Imelda Marcos or being ordered to get off Donald Trump’s private jet, she always showed her subjects in a revealing new light.
Now, in a new three-part series, When Ruby Wax Met…, the comedian-turned-successful author revisits some of those interviews – and we caught up with the 68-year-old to hear her favourite moments…
