The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry are passionate in their support of Heads Together charity campaign, which aims to get everyone talking about mental health.

And now a new two-part BBC1 documentary featuring the royal trio follows a team of 10 unlikely runners who’ve all been affected by mental health issues including Rhian Burke [see box, right] – as they prepare to run the London marathon later this month to raise funds for Heads Together.

Presenter Nick Knowles hears how some team member’s anxiety leaves them afraid to leave the house, so training for the gruelling 26-mile event was a real issue.
