Meticulous DI Neville Parker (Ralf Little) has a particularly complicated case to crack this week in BBC1’s sun-soaked crime drama Death in Paradise.

A lottery winner, Cherry (Gavin & Stacey’s Laura Aikman), is found dead in her luxury villa – but no one was in the house when it happened and her body has vanished! Among the suspects are her husband Gavin (ex-Emmerdale star Kelvin Fletcher) and their pal Craig (comedian Jason Manford).

What are your characters like?

KELVIN: On the surface, Gavin has the perfect life, and I guess the perfect wife as well. They have a beautiful mansion in the Caribbean, where they’ve resided since winning the lottery, and they’ve invited their friends over to join them. But early on, you see some clues that things aren’t quite what they seem…
