Still Open All Hours
SUNDAY / BBC1 / 7.30PM
James Baxter is pinching himself. Even though this is his fourth series of Still Open All Hours, he still can’t believe he’s starring in one of Britain’s best-loved sitcoms – and opposite Sir David Jason to boot.
‘I still have moments when I’m on set and I say to myself, “Yes, I’m really here!”’ James, 27, tells TV Times during a break in filming at Pinewood Studios. ‘This show is so ingrained in British comedy.’
But James doesn’t have an easy time of it playing Granville’s son Leroy – this week, he has to dress up as a banana to help boost sales!
Here, James reveals more about Leroy’s escapades, and talks about his friendship with Sir David…
What’s Leroy up to this week?
