CMAI’s 73rd National Garment Fair was a ray of hope for Exhibitors and Visitors amidst the fear of yet another blow to the Industry in the form of the Third Wave. The Turnout at the Fair was indicative of the recovery that Manufacturers and Buyers are hoping for. Here’s a look at what transpired over Four Days, across Two Venues.
THE EBB AND FLOW OF THE APPAREL INDUSTRY

Following the Restrictions and strict Guidelines laid down by the Maharashtra Government, CMAI Organised the 73rd National Garment Fair across Two Venues in Mumbai – Grand Hyatt at Santacruz (East) and Hotel JW Marriott , Sahar, Mumbai, Andheri (East) between August 2-5, 2021. In order to abide by the SOPs of the Government, the segments were divided across the Venues. The Men’s and Women’s Wear sections were displayed at the Grand Hyatt, and the Kids Clothing lines were showcased at the JW Marriott. The Exhibition was spread across multiple Floors in both the Hotels. In all, 432 Exhibitors showcased their brands to a footfall of about 10,000 Trade Visitors.
