The Victorian Feel Abode

The self-designed duplex house by, Jassant Dullet, in Manimajra consists of 5 bedroom-suites with beautiful balconies. The driveway of the house is surrounded by lush green plants with a tastefully landscaped lawn.

Jasanjeet runs a clothing line by the name of “The Aryan’s Journey” from her home and has a lovely collection of glamorous wardrobe essentials to offer. 

The inside of the house has a warm ambience to it with a marvelous entrance , as you enter the first thing that strikes you is the Moroccan floral tiles which you only get to see in Rajasthan at Royal palaces. The overall essence of the house defines a modest and simple living with the comfort of privilege. As you walk in you get positive vibe, the overall theme of the house is Vintage or Victorian you can say, really French inspired.

While talking to the pretty lady, we asked her that what is ideal home for her, she says, “A place where nothing is overdone and at the same time, it brings out my individuality. To be honest, I like very less constructed area with lots of greenery around like a private garden area where fresh vegetables can be grown and a little lawn area. I like something very rustic and countryside”.

Moving further, on being asked about the design inspiration, Jassan uttered, “My design inspiration was taken from many places, and we travel abroad every year. When we use to go to any small town/village abroad their cottages, their furniture and their living rooms are very cozy. So my designing was totally inspired by western villages”.
