I didn’t particularly have a mentor, as the line of work I chose was something I put together but it would be quite unfair if I did not give my late husband, Dr Bhasker Pai the credit for his unending support and guidance throughout my journey. Even today I go by his ideals.
Q What is the best way to achieve youthful and glowing skin?
A No matter how busy you are, you should set aside 10 minutes for taking care of your skin. A sunscreen, moisturiser and a night repair cream have to be an integral part of your skincare regime on a daily basis and should find a way in your bag too besides your closet. One best beauty secret which is crucial for exquisite skincare is ‘exfoliation’. If you ask me to give three magic words that would unlock the gates to fantastic skincare, I’d say it’s only one magic word repeated three times: Exfoliate. Exfoliate. Exfoliate. It not only takes off the topmost layers of dead skin, but also gets rid of the build-up of dirt, sebum and other germs and bacteria trapped in the pores and helps reveal a glowing and radiant looking skin.
