YES, TEA ISN’T JUST FOR DRINKING!

Tea is an excellent source of hair growth too. The caffeine in the tea helps stimulate the hair follicles which increases the blood flow and circulation to the scalp. And this in turn encourages growth of hair in a natural way. It doesn’t leave the scalp dry or irritated.

Green tea = great antioxidant

Tea leaves come from the plant Camellia sinensis. Green tea is one of the least processed types of tea and has a very high concentration of antioxidants and beneficial polyphenols. Most of the antioxidants present in green tea come from compounds known as flavonols, particularly ‘catechins’. The most powerful and abundant catechin in green tea is EGCG.
