Ritu Gupta, Co-founder & Interior Designer, Pramod Group tells us about her journey as an entrepreneur and how Pramod Group is different from other brands in the industry.

Tell us about yourselves, how has your journey as an entrepreneur, interior designer, been till now?

It has been a great learning process that has resulted in some very satisfying achievements. There are two worlds here: As an entrepreneur, maintaining a healthy and result-oriented culture of the organization. And, as an Interior Designer, to understand the audience and give them luxury and comfort with style. My job is to combine the two roles to achieve the best results.

What is Pramod Group all about? How is it different from other brands in the industry?

From design and build to interior decoration and finishing touches – our end-to-end services span everything in between. What has been the biggest challenge for you till now?

To motivate the team and to take complete ownership of timeline, quality and aesthetics has been the biggest challenge so far.
