Opened in November 2017, Five &2 is Hougang’s bistro with a heart. The brainchild of Edward Chia of Timbre, Ivy Long and chef Willin Low, the laidback eatery is a culmination of the trio’s efforts in the food and beverage industry. They met when Chia launched Timbre+, where junior college friends Long and Low worked together on the now defunct Roxy Laksa. When Low’s Wild Oats closed down, they decided to open Five &2 in its place.
