This enchanting actress is proud of her looks and body. She is not ready to give it up to being just too slim and awfully trim. She believes in maintaining one’s body and this is what she does so well, practically every day, to sustain her health and fitness.

HER EXERCISE REGIMEN 

Power Yoga. Huma does power yoga for flexibility and enhanced metabolism. Her regimen includes various exercises that help to stretch out every muscle and tone them. 

Running. Huma believes in improving her fitness levels by running — to burning-off extra calories and keeping all her muscles functioning optimally. 

Cardio. She performs cardio exercises for at least an hour, four times a week — this keeps her heart healthy.
