ANJARI GANGULY
A decor blogger and a DIY enthusiast, Anjari is popular on Instagram (@thatyellowtrunk) and known for her immensely creative DIYs, which include refurbishing pieces of furniture and decor accents. When it comes to her home styling, she believes in reuse, reduce and recycle.
REUSE, REDUCE, RECYCLE
The easiest thing to upcycle is a wooden plank into a usable piece of furniture. Anjari Ganguly created a side table using a round wooden plank by just putting a fresh coat of paint and stenciling a geometric pattern over it. Another quick way to give such small pieces a facelift is to employ the decoupage technique. Anjari upcycled a breakfast table using leftover Christmas gift wrapping. Paint old pieces of furniture in bright colours like yellow, blue or green and become the proud owners of something timeless and unique.
