The company achieved a detailed construction that features a modern design interspersed with marble-cladded feature walls and timber flooring.

Waking up to the glistening waters of the Indian Ocean is just a dream for many, but for this family it’s an everyday event that they treasure.

Here, the architecture firm optimised the majestic ocean views, the prevailing climate winds, sun orientation and privacy, along with a strong respect for the natural environment, and created a uniformed home for the family.

“The views are phenomenal. We have uninterrupted and expansive ocean views right in front of our house, while surrounded by luscious greenery,” says the owner.
