Moving from the bustling city life of Joburg 14 years ago, this family found refuge in their new home in Melkbosstrand, a small village along the West Coast.

Settling on an estate that ticked all the boxes, the owner says: “We love that we are right in the middle of beautiful indigenous fauna and flora, yet within walking distance of the ocean and large stretches of beautiful beaches.

“We have views of the lovely golf course, which apart from the daily golfers has springbok, birds and other wildlife frequenting the space. All of this and only a short 30-minute drive into the city centre of Cape Town.”
