You began with starring in TV serials and then moved on to working Bollywood films. How has your entire journey been so far?

Overwhelming! These are exactly the things that I dreamt of and it is finally happening. People are keen to work with filmmakers like Rakesh OmPrakash Mehra, and I am fortunate enough to work with them at this early stage of my career. Kal Ho Na Ho is my favorite film and I would have never believed that I would be directed by the same director, Nikkhil Advani. It has been an overwhelming process to be on the film sets where every journey was different. People often ask me which movie has had the best filming process for me, and I cannot pick one because from every film I have learnt something or the other. I feel that during my Bollywood journey I have been blessed because things are evolving. There has been a revolution by actors like Taapsee Pannu, Alia Bhatt, Kangana Ranaut, Vidya Balan, who chose different kinds of roles. And I think that has kind of opened the doors for new actors like me. I am just grabbing that opportunity and making the most of what I can have. I just hope and pray that I give something interesting and entertaining to the audience so that they never get bored of my performance.
