Health is Wealth-is my wellness philosophy. After long hours of work, the daily rigmarole, I make it a point to take out time and pamper myself. The body goes through its wear and tear, but I must look after its repair. Hence, I make it a point to go for my therapies and routine checkups because if I am well, I can keep others in high spirits, too.
One thing you have learnt after becoming a mother...
After becoming a mother, I have realised that if a woman can bring another human into this world, if she can bring another living being to this planet, then she has the power to achieve anything she desires. She has the power to move mountains, leave alone just facing a camera on any day.
Advice for moms to be...
To all the moms out there, your potential is limitless. You have given birth; you have endured the pain and now you tirelessly raise your child. So, if you can do this, you can do it all. Just take the leap of faith, trust your instinct, and enjoy the process!

Wellness to me is being happy and healthy, which comes from a mind that is at peace. I try to have a positive attitude towards life and not think about things that are not in my control. I do not let my emotions take control of my actions.

You will always figure out a way! You could be raising your child in the middle of the pandemic away from your parents with no advice and help, but you will make it work! You will find this strength and patience you never thought you had.
