The Blue Biscuit is smack-dab in the middle of the Mississippi Delta.

The Blue Biscuit

It’s located just across the street from the internationally acclaimed and highly visited B.B. King Museum and surrounded for miles around by historically significant blues sites. Greats like Mississippi John Hurt, John Lee Hooker, and, perhaps most famous of all, Robert Johnson, roamed these roads and played the music venues in the Delta’s towns, small and large.

The Delta is a different place today, and a growing number of people from around the world are driving from Memphis, home to Elvis Presley’s Graceland, down the Blues Highway, Highway 61, to New Orleans, the home of jazz. And those who are looking for a modern Mississippi musical and culinary experience are finding themselves visiting the Blue Biscuit.
