Like adults, kids need to be physically active to stay healthy. But with laptops, TV and other screen devices competing for their attention, tweens and teenagers can easily become unmotivated to exercise. Tiffiny Hall, founder of the online health and fitness program, TIFFXO.com, explains that the health benefits of regular exercise span from both physical to mental.
“Not only does it set teenagers up physically with muscle memory, a strong metabolism, strength, power and speed, but it also helps them emotionally and psychologically by building resilience, self-esteem, and improving focus.”
