HOLLYWOOD'S BUZZING WITH TALK OF A PRETTY WOMAN REUNION

It's hard to think of two rom-coms more iconic than Pretty Woman and Runaway Bride, thanks in no small part to the magical spark shared between repeat co-stars Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.

Long before audiences fell in love with Pretty Woman, those on the set of the 1990 classic – from director Garry Marshall to the caterers could see that the pair were just meant to be.

Garry, who passed away in 2016, explained it best when he said, "You can fake anything in this business, except chemistry .... Richard and Julia had great chemistry.

"I saw the two of them at the end of the hall just looking at each other, and right there I said, 'Look at that chemistry. They don't even know each other."

Julia, 54, and Richard, 72, have long laughed off rumours they took their romance off-screen, though he admits they "will always be connected”.

In fact, the pair have remained such good friends since their last team-up in 1999's Runaway Bride that movie bosses are hard at work convincing them to reunite for a third feature. And their persistence might be about to pay off big time!
