Sex & The City Is Back Kim's Out…J.Lo Is In!

She’s shaking up the highly anticipated reboot!

Ladies, pour yourselves a round of Cosmos – Sex and the City is finally returning to the small screen! It’s been confirmed that after two film installments, a reboot of the iconic series entitled And Just Like That... is in the pipeline with three of the show’s stars, Sarah Jessica Parker, Cynthia Nixon and Kristin Davis.

But while the trio are dusting off their Manolo Blahniks to play Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte, Kim Cattrall won’t be joining the 10-episode show. Instead, it appears the void left by man-crazy Samantha Jones will be filled by none other than Jennifer Lopez, 51.

According to an insider, the show’s creators and producers took note after being criticised for a lack of diversity in the original series.

“You can’t do a New York-based show anymore with just a bunch of white women, and another actress won’t replace Kim,” reveals the source. “Lots of names are being mentioned, with Jennifer Lopez at the top of the list.”
