Singapore-based brand RE:ERTH has been making strides since it officially launched in October 2017. With a curated selection of just seven skincare products including its star Multi-Targeted Elixir (MTE), the brand is intent on bringing simplicity back to skincare. After all, life is complicated enough, without having to juggle countless bottles and jars on your bathroom shelf, many of which end up half-used as they sit in your skincare graveyard.

Shinji Yamasaki, the CEO and co-founder of RE:ERTH believes that skincare, like our clothes and other belongings, should spark joy, and that his customers should only re-purchase the products that their skin truly needs. We speak to him on what makes the MTE the star of the range, the key ingredients that make RE:ERTH so effective and why a cosmetics brand wants to give you skin akin to a Japanese dessert.

Why is the MTE the star of the RE:ERTH range of products?

RE:ERTH is about achieving healthy skin, which we lovingly call “mochi-skin”. The MTE is what fans call “mochi-skin in a bottle”, with visible results experienced in less than 30 days. Mochi-skin is healthy skin that is firm, supple, hydrated, with an inner glow and brightness.
