Restaurateur Ricky Ng wants to change perceptions about Chinese dining with his newest venture, Chinese Noodle Bar by Blue Lotus.
When you’re planning an evening out, Chinese food is probably the last thing that comes to mind. According to Ricky Ng – whose popular Chilli Pomelo Crab creation is now a Blue Lotus signature – many only have Chinese food “during corporate functions or to entertain clients.” Ricky hopes to change this with Chinese Noodle Bar by Blue Lotus.
