Is it important to buy into one dietary approach?
The most important thing with any dietary approach is to distinguish between your motivations, within your goals, whether if indeed you need to commit to a monogamous relationship, and align yourself with one approach if at all. All come with ‘rules’, but is it possible to use dietary approaches as they should be? That is, as non-binary strategies changeable at any given time, within the context of your goals, and circumstantially where you can realistically ‘live’, and want to ‘live’ based on the ultimate outcome?
The need to belong
Human social groups can be fickle. They are formalised within tribes, packs, prides, flocks, litters, pods, swarms, gangs, schools, and armies, to name a few. The more vulnerable and susceptible to follow within the animal kingdom however are herds… With reference to what follows, herd mentality and the seemingly little information people use to accumulate and formalise extreme dietary beliefs. It’s often within beliefs, myths are formed, and further sub-myths.

Apes, which we all are, band together in troops. Unlike our primate counterparts however, humans form a variety of social group patterns and it’s typical for human society to define certain approaches as being acceptable and condemn others. This is especially apparent when it comes to nutritional beliefs.
