AMM - What keeps you excited about your work in hair, make-up, and styling?

Christian - I would have to say meeting new people and knowing they are putting their trust in me to help them look and feel their very best.

AMM - Being talented is one thing, but you have to be a people person for what you do take you up close and personal with whoever is sitting in front of you. Have you ever encounter one really extremely difficult person to please? And what did you do to change the atmosphere so you can get the result you need done?

Christian - I have come across numerous difficult customers over the years. I’ve learned to ask a lot of questions regarding their needs; such as how long do they want to truly spend on their hair in the morning. If it is a wash and go kind of client; it tells me to not put a lot of layers in their haircut.

AMM - Not all of the jobs are as glamorous in your line of work, but I can imagine some can be just as rewarding even when glamour did not apply?
