THESE days, Angelina Jolie can use all the emotional support she can get. So it’s not surprising that in the wake of her bitter, ongoing divorce and custody battle with ex Brad Pitt, Angie is turning to those closest to her for advice and comfort.

Angie’s closeness with one pal in particular, however, is raising eyebrows! Sources says she’s been leaning on Jared Leto, the sexy and eccentric actor and rocker with whom she’s costarred in two films — and with whom she was once rumored to have shared a steamy romance. “There has always been a spark between them,” an insider tells Star. “Now, during these tough times for Angie, it seems Jared has helped her cope and even brought her out of her funk. They’re kindred, unconventional spirits — so much so that I think Jared could be the perfect guy for Angie if she’s ever ready for a new love in her life.”
