It’s the latest example of the Kardashian momager’s penchant for going off the rails — and it has friends and family whispering that it could be time for her to get some help!

Kris’ love of imbibing has long been a target of sharpened barbs by her daughters on Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But it’s her guzzling away from the camera that has the clan concerned — and her shaky escapades during a recent night out in Paris with boyfriend Corey Gamble has only added fuel to the fire.
