The Ukrainian President called an emergency security meeting to coincide with Russia's pledge to annex parts of his besieged country today.
And he vowed to take back the key regions Putin is claiming.
President Zelensky said: "The territorial integrity of Ukraine will be restored. And our reaction to the recognition of the results by Russia will be very harsh." The Russian tyrant will hold a celebratory ceremony in Moscow and then deliver a speech today.
This was branded a "Kremlin freak show" by President Zelensky's adviser Mykhailo Podolyak.
