Bozo’s Silent On Apology Demand

“Bozo” Johnson should apologise for his Government’s botched handling of Covid, says Labour leader Sir Keir Starmer.

A devastating report by MPs said delaying lockdown and social distancing during the early weeks of the pandemic “rank as one of the most important public health failures the UK has ever experienced”.

The report found the “slow and gradualist” approach cost 20,000 lives and meant the UK fared significantly worse than other countries.

Sir Keir said: “The Prime Minister should take responsibility because the responsibility is his, and he should apologise.”
