Mobile hospital launched under slogan ‘Do Not Worry'

The ‘Emirates Doctors’ initiative has launched the first voluntary mobile hospital to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive services for the public throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan.

The ‘Emirates Doctors’ initiative has launched the first voluntary mobile hospital to provide diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive services for the public throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan, under the slogan ‘Do Not Worry’.

The mobile hospital is equipped with the latest medical and technological equipment, most notably the reception unit, mobile clinics unit, inpatient unit, the intensive care unit, operations unit, laboratory and a mobile pharmacy.

This hospital is an extension of the innovative initiatives carried out by the Emirates Doctors, which contributed to a quantum leap in the field of community medicine locally and internationally. Among those were the launch of mobile clinics for chronic and epidemic diseases, a mobile academy for capacity-building, establishment of a network of doctors, and field hospitals locally and internationally, along with the Emirati Doctor Day and Emirati Doctor Award, in recognition of the frontline efforts and their role in serving the local and international community.
