Labour's New Bill In Bid To Get Student Nurses Paid

The Labour Party is attempting to get the Government to pay student nurses and midwives with a new piece of legislation.

It comes after the Coalition has faced huge backlash “for turning their backs on nurses” after they shot down a People Before Profit motion last week.

Now the Labour Party have said it is “keeping the pressure on” and are attempting to have student nurses work placement defined as work so they can get paid.
