The observance of Eid’l Adha shall be subject to existing community quarantine and social distancing measures, Duterte said in Proclamation No. 985 issued last July 29.
The proclamation was issued after the National Commission on Muslim Filipinos had recommended that July 31 be declared a national holiday in observance of one of the two greatest feasts of Islam.
