Mary Trump, the daughter of US President Donald Trump’s older brother Freddy, has written a tell-all book in which she not only airs the family’s dirty laundry, but also washes it and folds it up. Mary, a clinical psychologist by profession, makes several observations and diagnoses about her famous uncle. Here are five of these:
Trump on women
“...Every family meal I’d attended had Donald talking about all of the women he considered ugly fat slobs, or the men, usually more accomplished or powerful, he called losers,” she writes. “That kind of casual dehumanisation of people was commonplace at the Trump dinner table.” In fact, on another occasion, when Donald Trump saw his niece in a bathing suit, he remarked, “You’re stacked.”
