Hyd Records Up To 11mm Rain After Monsoon Break

After a lull of two weeks, the southwest monsoon made a comeback in the city as the intensity of rains picked up on Tuesday after the formation of a low-pressure area associated with a cyclonic circulation over Bay of Bengal.

Hyderabad: On Tuesday, many parts of the city recorded up to 11 mm of rain as the cloud overcast brought down the maximum temperature to 24 degree Celsius, which is four degree Celsius below normal. The minimum temperature was normal at 22.2 degree Celsius. The city experienced wind speed of 1016 kmph and relative humidity of 91 per cent.
