SUE, TELL US ABOUT YOUR ROLE AND HOW LONG YOU HAVE BEEN AT EVERTON.

My title is Director of Youth Engagement, Employability and School Sports. I joined in March 2012 as the Safe Hands manager, which was a programme for young offenders, rehabilitating them from young offenders’ institutes back into the community. That was so successful, we had an 80 per cent non-reoffending rate. From there I became the Youth Engagement manager and then the director.
