Tottenham Hotspur Foundation supports the local community by helping to educate residents on how to lead a healthier lifestyle through both physical and positive mental wellbeing. Across the Foundation, we deliver a variety of programmes that are open to all ages and also provide more targeted services to young adults in the community.
One in four people will experience a mental health problem of some kind each year in England, and one in six adults will report a common mental health issue. Physical activity can help play a positive role in preventing mental health issues. Mental health support has never been so important and it’s vital we continue to break down the stigma surrounding mental health and asking for help.
