Fossil Gen6 - A TOUCH OF CLASS

Wearable industry has been growing in leaps and bounds and there is no dearth of brands or models to choose from. Fossil has recently unveiled their Gen6 series of smart watches, which seamlessly merge traditional design with modern functionality, similar to its predecessors.

Unlike most smart watches in the market, every model in Fossil offers a wide range of straps and designs suiting both men and women. The Gen6 line-up is no different with four models made for men and three for women. The men’s line-up has a 44 mm case and accepts a 22 mm strap while the women’s line-up uses a 42 mm case with 18mm strap. The display is clear and sharp with excellent legibility even in bright environments. Touch response was quick and scrolling smooth. The device has a circular charging contact, which ensures perfect alignment while charging. We received the model with a stainless-steel strap, which reminds you of the classic chronographs. The watch is on the heavier side, but this is not necessarily a negative since there are a few like me who like their wearables to feel a little heavy. Of course, there are lighter straps available for those who prefer them. The straps are detachable and hence you can practically use any 18 or 22 mm strap available, depending on the model you choose. The device is swim proof up to 3 atm pressure.
